Most solid hardwood floors can be refinished multiple times. Engineered hardwood can typically be refinished 1–3 times depending on the wear layer thickness. We assess this on our in-home visit.
Costs vary by square footage, floor condition, stain choice, and finish type. We provide a detailed estimate on your free Zoom call. We do not take jobs under $2,500.
With waterborne finishes, re-occupancy is typically possible within 24 hours. Oil-based finishes may require 48–72 hours. We advise you on the best approach for your situation.
