About Hardwood
Prefinished hardwood flooring is sanded and finished in the factory and arrives to us “installation-ready”, which can save hours of time on installation and clean-up. This flooring option is available in an array of styles, textures, and colors which makes customization easy and affordable.
Unfinished hardwood flooring is installed in your home as bare wood stock. It is then finished on-site by sanding as well as your chosen finishing treatment. Although it takes a little longer to install unfinished hardwood flooring, this option provides the widest range of customization because you have the option to stain or keep the natural look.
